Within this creative process, paper pulp takes on a multifaceted role as it covers, conceals, and unveils textiles that often resist fitting seamlessly due to their size, weight, or fragmented nature. The genesis of the paper itself stems from a resourceful endeavor, utilizing discarded books salvaged from rainy street corners. These books undergo a metamorphosis, evolving into handmade paper pulp infused with the scrambled remnants of text from their original pages. While the majority of the text becomes indecipherable, a select few recognizable words and fragments persist, offering intriguing glimpses into the past. In the final composition, the paper wraps around the fabric, similar to the manner in which geological strata entomb fossils within the earth's layers, creating a synthesis of preservation and transformation.
